DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Wed, June 13) — The NASCAR Grand National Division, Busch East Series champion will be crowned at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn., at the annual season-ending awards banquet. The ceremony will be held Saturday, Dec. 15.

The celebration will honor the 2007 NASCAR Busch East Series champion, in addition to other special award winners.

“We are pleased to be returning to the Mohegan Sun for this year's NASCAR Grand National Division, Busch East awards banquet,” said George Silbermann, NASCAR managing director of racing operations. “The competition bar has been raised in 2007 and the stature of the resort reflects well on the stature of the series.”
