Naples ME – (April 9, 2008) The field for the April 26th Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Watermelon 125 at Cordele Georgia’s Watermelon Capital Speedway has taken an exciting twist with the addition of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series regular David Ragan .
Ragan, driver of the AAA Insurance Ford Fusion for Roush – Fenway Racing will be flying in from Talladega Super Speedway to make his first Pro All Stars Series start. He will be behind the wheel of his own Ford Fusion super late model with sponsorship from Watermelon Capital Speedway and Advanced Technology Motorsports of Lovejoy Georgia.
A native of nearby Unadilla Georgia, Ragan is currently seventeenth in the NASCAR Spring Cup point standings and fourth in NASCAR Nationwide Series points.
