CHARLOTTE, NC (February 27) –  Pro All Stars Series (PASS) President Tom Mayberry is pleased to announce that the 14 race schedule for the PASS South Super Late Models is complete with the addition of a race at the Southern National Raceway Park in Kenly, North Carolina.  In addition to the PASS South cars, the PASS Late Model Trucks will also be in action.   The race will be on Saturday, September 26th and will mark a return for the PASS South Super Late Models to the 4/10 mile oval.  This will be the first visit for the PASS South Super Late Models to Southern National since 2006.  The race will be a major event for PASS as it will be part of the four-race PASS National Series.  The PASS National Series combines the best from PASS North and PASS South and will determine the PASS National Champion.  Cassius Clark became the first PASS National Champion in 2008.

“We are very happy to complete the PASS South schedule with the addition of this major event at Southern National Raceway Park.  Kirk [Leone] has been great to work with and we’re glad we can make this race happen for the fans of Eastern North Carolina,” said Mayberry.  “When a lot of places quit running Super Late Models in the 1990’s, Southern National stuck with them and we’re glad we can continue that tradition with the PASS South Super Late Models and we’re excited to bring the PASS Late Model Trucks to Kenly as well.”
