Lee, NH (May 25, 2009) – The 2009 season kicks into high gear this Friday
night when Lee USA Speedway, Lee, NH, plays host to it's first quarter
championships for all weekly divisions under the NASCAR All-American Series
sanction at the Route 125 oval.
The E-Keys 4-Cars Late Models, Prime Storage Late Model Sportsman,
Planet Aid Hobby Stocks, David's Race Cars & Components Roadrunners,
American Race Parts Iron-Man and P.B. Chopper Super Modifieds will all see
action.
Fans have been treated to outstanding racing featuring hotly contested
events in qualifying races and feature races. The close contests have
created different feature winners and close point standings in both the
season standings and quarter championship rankings.
Expected entries include Late Model stalwarts Mike Johnson, Salisbury, MA;
A.J. Begin, Merrimac, MA; last weeks winner, Bobby Baillargeon, Wayne
Helliwell JR., veteran drivers Tom Fuller, Allestown, NH; Geoff Rollins,
Groton, MA; and Rochester, NH., hotshoe Jeffrey Lebreque.
Late Model Sportsman point leader Grant Aither, Hobby Stock leader Alby
Ovitt, Supermodified Champion Eddie Witkum JR, Iron Man point leader Tom
Harton, and Road Runner leader Jim Piaseczney are all expected entries.
This Fridays program starts at 7:15 PM. Admission is only $10.00 for adults.
Children are encouraged to play in the "Kid Zone" adjacent to the family
