give the racer and the fan the racing they came here for, you have the need
to fulfill your agreement (point's races) with NASCAR, and you have to work
with time constraints. The way summers have been around here, this has been
an annual scheduling event.  That is why we asked our town fathers
permission to have a Saturday rain date. We are grateful for their
cooperation.

The races being "made up" are from events that were rained on while in
progress.
