New Smyrna, North Wilkesboro, Gresham Motorsports Park new stops for the PASS cars and stars
Naples ME (11/23/09) Pro All Stars Series (PASS) President Tom Mayberry has released the 2010 PASS South super late model schedule and it’s a mix of new venues and old favorites for the touring pros and super late model fans .
New venues include the newly revitalized Gresham Motorsports Park in Jefferson Georgia and the recently resurrected North Wilkesboro (NC) Speedway, home to many a short track thriller in years past. Both speedways are perfect venues to show off the east’s fastest full fendered race cars.
A third new speedway will get 2010 off to an early start when PASS makes its’ first trip to Florida for PASS Winter Fest at New Smyrna Speedway. The 150 lap January 29-30, 2010 event will award PASS National Championship points only.
The South Carolina Clash at Dillon (SC) Motor Speedway will once again lift the lid on the PASS South points chase and then it’s off to Hickory (NC) Motor Speedway for the popular Easter Bunny 150. Orange County Speedway, Wake County, Newport Speedway and South Boston all return for one or more events in 2010. One TBA date remains to be filled; expect the schedule to be 100 percent finalized by January 1st 2010.
