LEE, NH – The 2010 racing season at the Lee USA Speedway is set to begin
with a two-day event on this weekend, April 17th and 18th, headlined by the
season opening American-Canadian Tour, “New Hampshire Governors Cup 150” on
Sunday afternoon.

Close to 60 race teams have pre-entered for the ACT opener at Lee, which
proved to be one of the most exciting races on their schedule in 2009. With
an outcome in doubt right to the end and nine lead changes, Brad Leighton of
Center Harbor, N.H., beat local teenage sensation Joey Polewarczyk of Hudson
to the finish line in front of a packed grandstand.

All of the favorites to win the ACT Championship will be on hand to compete,
including Brian Hoar, Jean-Paul Cyr and Polewarczyk. Leighton will also
return with hopes a repeat victory in a race that once again earns the
victor a guaranteed spot for the New Hampshire Motor Speedway second annual
“ACT Invitational” in September.

Drivers sure to give Leighton a run for the money in this event include
Oxford 250 winner Eddie MacDonald and 2009 Lee Speedway NASCAR Late Model
Champion Wayne Helliwell Jr.

Thirty cars are scheduled to start the event, with positions set through
Sunday heat and consolation races, beginning at 1:15 PM. The ACT Tour
weekend will include Saturday practice sessions as well.

All other Lee Speedway NASCAR Whelen All-American Weekly Series divisions
will practice and qualify on Saturday, with feature events held on Sunday
afternoon.

The Late Model Sportsman division has a banner field of entries for this
event, including 2009 Lee Champion Grant Aither from Exeter, and multi-time
champion Bobby Gahan of Barrington. This open competition event is sure to
bring a full field of race cars to the 3/8 mile oval.

Other competing divisions include the Small Block Supermodifieds, Hobby
Stocks, Road Runners, Ironman and the Allison Legacy Series.

Saturday’s schedule includes practice for all divisions beginning at 12
Noon, followed by weekly division heat races and then a final practice
session to end the day. On Sunday, the ACT Tour will be allowed one final
hour of practice at 12 Noon, followed by ACT qualifying events, which will
be separated by Lee Weekly Series feature events and the Allison Legacy
Series race.

Weekend admission is just $25 for adults, $15 for Students aged 13 to 16,
with Kids 12 and under always admitted free of charge at “New Hampshire’s
Center of Speed”.

Following this season opener at Lee, the focus then shifts to the regular
season. An open practice, “Test and Tune” day will be held on Saturday April
24th, beginning at 12 Noon.

Due to ongoing delays in court proceedings, the NASCAR Whelen All-American
Weekly Series Opener is now scheduled for Friday, April 30th instead of
Saturday, May 1st. Lee USA Speedway Management would like to apologize for
any inconvenience that these delays may have caused our race teams. A final
resolution is expected very soon.

A press release will be forthcoming as soon as the race night situation is
finalized.  Please visit our website: www.leeusaspeedway.com or call the
