Naples ME (4/19) The Pro All Stars Series (PASS) returns to action at Rougemont North Carolina’s Orange County Speedway on Saturday April 24th, and there is still time to get your free general admission tickets at www.proallstarsseries.com . Simply click on the Orange Blossom Special event ticket on the PASS home page and print them out. The only charge is $10.00 per car for parking, so get a car pool together and enjoy an evening of super late model racing Pro All Stars style, compliments of PASS and its sponsors.


Ryan Blaney and Preston Peltier have each scored race wins as the series makes its’ third stop on the thirteen race PASS South schedule. Blaney leads Peltier in the standings by just two markers (436-434) with Durham North Carolina’s Jay Fogleman right behind the top two at 410. Floridian George Gorham Jr. is a surprise in fourth and PASS South stalwart Heath Hindman completes the top five. Fifty-five drivers have earned PASS South championship points in the first two races of 2010.

The top five are all pre-entered in Saturdays Orange Blossom Special, plus a host of the fastest guys and gals of short track racing, Alex Fleming, Bradley McCaskill, Vermonter Steve Legendre, Ryan Moore, Duane Linville and Justin Wakefield have all filed their entries, as have Tayla Orleans, Kenzie Ruston, Spencer Wauters. Andy Loden, Devin Jones, Tim Pinion, John Batten, Jeff Bolen, Ohioan Jimmy Weller and Kevin Ruston

Friday April 23rd is practice day with rotating practice for the PASS super late models, limited late models, street stocks, Legends and Bandoleros from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM ; the pit gate opens at 1:00 PM and closes at 8:00 PM.

On race day Saturday April 24th the pit gate opens at 11:00 AM with practice for all divisions from 1:00 PM until 4:10 PM. Time trials get the green at 5:00 PM and the first race is set for 6:45 PM. The popular on track drivers’ meet and greet will get underway at approximately 8:30 PM and the Orange Blossom Special 125 will roll off at 9:15 PM.
