TREVOR, HOW EXCITED ARE YOU AFTER THAT RACE TO START THE WEEKLY SEASON AT BEECH RIDGE?

I can’t wait to get here and start (weekly racing). I think we’ll have a good car. Especially 40-lap races, they’re going to be real fast.

YOU WERE SO GOOD FOR THE FIRST TWO-THIRDS OF THE RACE. WHAT CHANGED?

Started on the pole and had a good car. As the race progressed, my brother Corey’s the spotter, and he told me to ride. I told him back, I said, ‘I am riding!’ We held back, held back and held back.

I don’t know — like the third restart, there was a flip of the switch and the car got tight all of a sudden.

NEXT RACE: Saturday, May 29, NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Pro Series, Beech Ridge Motor Speedway, Scarborough, Maine.
