LEE, NH- For the first time since 2004, the NASCAR K&N Pro Series will
compete in a short track event in the state of New Hampshire this Friday
night with the running of a 125-lap feature event at the Lee USA Speedway.

The evening activities will also include a reunion of competitors and
members from the NASCAR North Series. Dick McCabe, Bobby and Beaver Dragon,
Joey Kourafas, Andy Santerre, Mike and Ben Rowe, and Brad Leighton are just
a few of the names who will be on hand for an autograph session at 5:30 PM.

The entry list for the main event includes drivers from across the
country, many of whom have realistic aspirations of moving up to the top
three NASCAR series, following in the footsteps of drivers such as Martin
Truex Jr., Joey Logano, and most recently Brian Ickler.

Series point leaders Ryan Truex and Darrell Wallace Jr., will have to
contend with local favorites Eddie MacDonald, Matt Kobyluck and East Series
rookie D.J. Shaw, each of whom have experience racing at the three-eighths
mile oval. All three currently sit in the top ten in the current point
standings as well.

Ken Farrington will serve as Grand Marshall for this event. Farrington
was a Tech Inspector on the North Series for many years. A tribute to former
North Series Race Director, the late Bunk Sampson is also being planned,
with members of his family in attendance.

Race fans are encouraged to bring collectors items to have signed by
NASCAR North Series drivers from past and present, as an autograph session
will also be held at 6:30 PM for the current North Series drivers, some of
who will become the future stars of the top three divisions in NASCAR.

A NASCAR Whelen All-American Series program will fill out the nights
activities, with the Late Models running a special 50-lap race. The Late
Model Sportsman and the popular Small Block Supermodifieds are also on the
schedule, with their qualifying events beginning at 4:30 PM.

Time Trial qualifying for the East Series will go off at 6:00 PM, with
feature racing beginning at 7:30, and the K&N Pro Series scheduled to take
the green at approximately 8:30 PM following a very special pre-race
ceremony.

This Friday night is your only opportunity to see the NASCAR K & N Pro
Series on a short track in the northeast, plus reunite with the stars from
the past NASCAR North Series seasons. For more information you can call the
