The 2010 North East Mini Stock Tour will run its second to last event of the season this Saturday at Seekonk Speedway in Seekonk, MA. The NEMST will be joining the ISMA Supermodifieds and Lee USA Speedway’s Small Block Supers for the Racing Against Breast Cancer event.

For the NEMST it will be a 75 lap event around the 1/3 mile oval with the winner receiving a $1000 payday. Unity winner Roger Ducharme will be looking to double up with the trip back south towards his home state of Rhode Island but, point leader and hot shot rookie Chris McKinstry is looking for win #6 on the season as well. With expected car count in the 30’s, Seekonk could be the largest turnout of minis for the NEMST to date.

The NEMST’s portion of the Breast Cancer Awareness event is being noted as the 4th Annual 4-Cylinder Nationals by event promoter Gary Sagar. With all cars meeting tour rules for this years nationals the field should be more competitive than ever. Gary Sagar and Kraze Korlacki Speed Equipment is also paying all the NEMST entry fees to help save the drivers extra money as well.

Twin State Speedway’s Fall Challenge weekend on October 16th and 17th will be the final tour event of the season and will crown the 2010 Champion.
