The Benjamin Motorsports race team went into Canaan Speedway with hopes of having a good finish. The team worked hard and ended the night with a 4th place finish. After starting 7th in the qualifing race the car was good enough to finish 4th and that would start the 17 car in the 12th position for the main event.
During the feature Travis got into the top 10 quickly but wasnt fast enough to go much further and after 2 quick adjustment on the car, the car would be much better and start making there move to the front towards the end of the race.
After battling for 3rd in the final laps the team would have to settle for 4th on the night. “It was a good race, we didnt have a great car at the begining but after the 2 adjustments the car was much better. We’ve been fast all year just have no results, so if feels good to come out of here with a good finish and a complete racecar” Travis said after the race. The Benjamin Motorsports team will be in Beech Ridge this weekend.
