The PASS Series makes its return to the fabled Maine Speedway after a five-year absence. Joey talked about the return to Oxford for the PASS Cars “I am super excited to be able to run our Super Late Model up to Oxford; we have a great track record up there with our Late Model”

The PASS SLM have higher-horsepower, wider tires and less restrictions on the suspension components versus the Late Models that usually run at Oxford and Joey is excited to use his McGunegill Powered Ford Fusion at a track he is very familiar with.

“Our first goal is to get our Poles Automotive, NH Precision Ford Fusion into the event.” Joey would also add, “We had a winning car at Lee Speedway (Bastille 200, July 12) but we unfortunately got caught up in someone else’s mess. Oxford would be a great way to redeem ourselves.”

Polewarczyk looks to move up a couple spots and bring home the big payday.

“Well last year we had a dream second-half of the season. We won 3 ACT Point Races, The ACT Invitational at New Hampshire Motor Speedway and the Vermont Milk Bowl. That hot streak started at about the same time as now, we would love to qualify and come home with a great finish in the TD Bank 250.”

Over 90 Late Model Teams are expected to try to qualify in the 2011 TD Bank 250, over Half of the expected entrants will be sent home and only the best 43 Teams will be competing this Sunday, July 24 at the Historic, Oxford Plains Speedway.
