(Oxford, ME) –Joey Polewarczyk, the driver of the #97NH Poles Automotive, NH Precision Ford Fusion came away with a solid ninth- place finish at one of his favorite tracks that the American-Canadian Tour visits.
Joey would talk about Oxford, “As the laps wore on, our car just lost most of its rear bite. We lost some weight because of the fuel being used up and the car was pretty hard to handle, towards the end.”
“We are now in 6th place in the point standings, not the place we want to or should be in. in 2011 we got off to another rocky start, once the point races started. I know we will end the year good though. We have some of our favorite races coming up and some of the ones we won last year. This is an exciting time of the year for us.”
The Joey Polewarczyk Race Team will be heading north of the border for the 200-Lap event at the big and fast 5/8th-mile of Riverside Speedway in St-Croix, Quebec. This race is one of the longest events on the schedule.
Joey added, “I like the Riverside Speedway track, its fast and our kind of track. We should come away with a great finish up there”
