Fans, drivers, teams and track officials are gearing up for a busy Fourth of July week at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway.
Southern Maine’s biggest and best fireworks display returns on Miller LiteTuesday night, July 3, at 6:30 p.m. as part of the Miller Lite American Celebration. The night includes a full card of NASCAR Whelen All-American Series racing, highlighted by a 50-lap Pro Series main event. The Sport Series, Wildcats and Road Runners are also on the docket. The week is only just getting started at Beech Ridge with the Miller Lite American Celebration, however. The track fires up its engines for Round No. 4 of the 10-week VIP Thursday Thunder series on Thursday night, July 5, at 7 p.m. It’s two hours of the most affordable family fun around and it features the lightning-quick NELCAR Legends, the Mad Bombers, Beetle Bugs, Mighty Trucks and the Ladies League.
And finally, the busy holiday week comes to a close with the fastest full-bodied stock cars on the East Coast. The Super Late Models of the PASS North Series invade the .333-mile oval for the SouthernMaineMotors.com 150 on Saturday, July 7. It’s the second of three PASS North Series events at Beech Ridge this season.
Qualifying begins at a special start time of 6 p.m. and tickets are just $20 for adults and FREE for kids 12 and under.
