Montmagny, QC – The Série ACT Castrol Montmagny 200 at Autdrome Montmagny (QC) scheduled for Saturday, June 30 has been postponed due to rain. The event has been rescheduled for Sunday, July 1 with a post time of 1:00pm.

The Montmagny 200 is the fourth event on the 2012 Série ACT Castrol. Point leader Donald Theetge of Boischatel, QC will attempt to earn his third straight Castrol win on Sunday after winning the last two events at Autodrome Chaudiere and Circuit Riverside Speedway.

He will have to hold off the likes of 2010 Série ACT Castrol Champion Karl Allard of St-Felicien, QC who won the season opener at Montmagny back in May and currently sits in second in the standings. Dany Trepanier of St-Edouard, QC is third in the standings and will be looking to bounce back from a hard wreck at Circuit Riverside Speedway two weeks ago with his first career win.

Defending Série ACT Castrol Champion Patrick Laperle remains winless so far in 2012 after suffering bad luck with mechanical issues and a flat tire over the past two races but is still fourth in points. David Michaud of St-Annes-des-Plains, QC completes the top five in the standings and will also be looking for his first career Castrol win.

Qualifying for the Série ACT Castrol Montmagny 200 at Autodrome Montmagny (QC) will begin tomorrow, Sunday, July 1, at 1:00pm.
