ACT INVITATIONAL ADDS SIX MORE TEAMS

        Waterbury, VT – The American Canadian Tour (ACT) has announced the names of six more teams that have been invited to participate in the fifty-mile event at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) on Saturday, September  19th. The inaugural event for the ACT competitors will be held in conjunction with the first of the NASCAR ‘Chase’ weekends over September 18-20.

Brent Dragon Wins Second Annual Showdown at Chaudiere

U.S Team Takes Overall Victory

 

Vallee-Jct., QC – Milton’s Brent Dragon dominates the final half of the second annual Showdown at Chaudiere 200 at Autodrome Chaudiere and leads the U.S. team to the overall victory. The first 91 laps saw a battle between former Serie ACT Castrol champion Karl Allard and current ACT Tour point leader Scott Payea.

Jean-Paul Cyr Crowned 50th Anniversary King of the Road

Phil Scott Wins Final Thursday Night Event of 2009

Barre, VT – Senator Phil Scott of Montpelier won his 22nd Thunder Road Late Model feature on during the final Thursday Night of the 50th Anniversary Season sponsored by VSECU. However, his win was not enough as seven-time American Canadian Tour Champion Jean-Paul Cyr of Milton  was crowned the “King of the Road” after his third place finish. Trampas Demers took second place to score his best feature finish in 2009.

ACT Test and Tune at NHMS Day Two

Loudon, NH – The American Canadian Tour completed their final test session at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Wednesday, August 26. The two sessions this week were in preparation for the Inaugural ACT Invitational at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday, September 19.
