First Oxford Plains Speedway Super Late Model victory for Ryan Deane tops Budweiser Championship Series stock car racing card
Oxford, Maine – Ryan Deane of Winterport earned his first-ever Oxford Plains Speedway Super Late Model victory in a non-stop, 50-lap main event Saturday night.
Deane did most of his work in the tough outside groove, driving around racelong leader Dan McKeage of Gorham with about 20 laps remaining. Dean, who started from fifth position, also drove around championship points leader Gabe Brown of Center Conway, New Hampshire and four-time track champion Tim Brackett of Buckfield en route to victory.

Curtis Gerry tunes up for Oxford 250 title defense with 150-lap Pro All Stars Series triumph at Oxford Plains Speedway
Oxford, Maine – Curtis Gerry of Waterboro continued his recent dominance of Oxford Plains Speedway Pro All Stars Series North competition, outrunning Cassius Clark of Farmington and the rest of a 35-car starting field to claim victory in Sunday’s 150-lap Super Late Model feature race.

Veteran racer Tracy Gordon is Saturday Super Late Model winner at Oxford Plains Speedway
Oxford, Maine – Tracy Gordon of Strong earned his second Super Late Model victory of the year Saturday night in Budweiser Championship Series competition at Oxford Plains Speedway. The 52-year-old veteran, and recent winner of the Pro All Stars Series ‘Open’ 100-lapper, drove around Ellsworth’s Andy Saunders about halfway through the 50-lap test, then held off four-time track champion Timmy Brackett of Buckfield to claim the top step on the victory lane podium.

New Englanders Get Last Shot At 250 & Richmond Spots At Oxford On Sunday
NAPLES, ME (July 25) – With a month left to go and over 50 drivers already entered, the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North Super Late Models will get their final shot this weekend at Oxford Plains Speedway to lock up a guaranteed starting spot for the 45th Annual Oxford 250. Additionally, they will also have the opportunity the get locked into the most anticipated short track event of the year, the PASS Commonwealth Classic at Richmond Raceway in October.

Entry List For 45th Annual Oxford 250 Reaches Milestone
NAPLES, ME (July 16) – The entry list for the most prestigious asphalt short track race in America reached a major milestone over the weekend. With still over a month to go before the green flag drops, there are now over 50 Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Model entries for the 45th Annual Oxford 250 at Oxford Plains Speedway in August. East Parsonsfield, ME’s Trevor Sanborn is the 50th official entrant, while two-time Oxford 250 winner, Eddie MacDonald, has actually pushed the number of drivers entered to date to 51. Competitors will have the opportunity the race for the richest winner’s purse in asphalt short track racing, with $25,000 to win, plus an additional $25,000 in lap leader money. Last year’s winner, Curtis Gerry, took home over $31,000 last year for his efforts.
