PASS North teams geared up for 2009 championship assault

NAPLES ME (March 17) Just five weeks remain until PASS North kicks off its' ninth season under the guidance of series President Tom Mayberry. The fastest cars and short track stars in the Northeast make the drive to Speedway 95 in Hermon, Maine on Sunday, April 19th with a  full head of steam after a 2008 season that saw break through winners and a torrid battle for the series championship.

PASS will sanction 2009 Thanksgiving Classic at Southern National

CHARLOTTE, NC (March 16) –  Pro All Stars Series (PASS) President Tom Mayberry announced today that the 2009 season will conclude for the PASS South Super Late Models and PASS Late Model Trucks with a major, non-points event at the Southern National Raceway Park in Kenly, NC.  The Thanksgiving Classic will be a two day event on Friday, November 27th through Saturday, November 28th and will feature several other divisions to be announced at a later date, in addition to the PASS divisions that will be racing.

Hutch-BSR recognizes PASS Hard Chargers

NAPLES ME (March 12) The Pro All Stars Series (PASS) is pleased to welcome back one of the nation’s foremost racing parts suppliers for another season as a PASS awards sponsor.

 

BSR Products has acquired another motorsports legend, Hutcherson-Pagan Enterprises, and the new racing enterprise is now known as Hutch-BSR. The acquisition of Hutcherson-Pagan has broadened the scope of services the company has to offer, from Port City chassis and chassis repairs to a recently acquired “pull-down” rig that short track racers can reserve time on.

PASS South Opener Postponed; Rescheduled to March 21st

CHARLOTTE, NC (March 11) – The Pro All Stars Series (PASS) South Super Late Models and PASS Late Model Trucks will have to wait one week to begin the 2009 racing season due to inclement weather.  This weekend’s forecast for Dillon, SC and much of the Southeast is calling for cooler temperatures and rain.  PASS President Tom Mayberry and Dillon Motor Speedway owner Ron Barfield have agreed in a joint decision to postpone this weekend’s scheduled South Carolina Clash and PASS South Awards Dinner.  Both events will be pushed back one week and will be held on March 20-21.
