ST-EUSTACHE, QC – Rain has forced the postponement of the Serie ACT Castrol stock car race at Autodrome St-Eustache in St-Eustache, QC near Montreal on Saturday, July 26. The St-Eustache 200 was scheduled to be the fourth of nine events on the 2008 Serie ACT Castrol schedule. Twenty-six Late Model stock cars were on hand before the inclement weather swept in. Officials from the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Autodrome St-Eustache have announced that the St-Eustache 200 will now be part of a doubleheader weekend on September 20/21. The 200-lap event will run on Saturday, Sept. 20 with the 14th Annual St-Eustache 300 on Sunday, Sept. 21.

CHARLOTTE, NC (July 25, 2008) – Pro All Stars Series (PASS) President Tom Mayberry is proud to announce a partnership with new Southern National Raceway Park owner Del Richards that will bring PASS South Super Late Model racing back to Southern National Raceway Park in Kenly, NC starting on November 29, 2008. The PASS South Super Late Models will join the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Late Model Stocks for Twin 150’s, both paying $5,000 to the winner in Southern National’s Annual Thanksgiving Classic. The race will be a non-points event for the PASS South Super Late Models.

BARRE, VT – Late Model stock car racer Robbie Crouch of Tampa, FL added another chapter to his storied career with a 50-lap victory in the Fisher/Federated Auto Parts Trophy Dash at Barre’s Thunder Road on Friday night. Crouch, a six-time American-Canadian Tour Champion with nearly 100 feature wins to his credit, earned his first Thunder Road win since the 1988 Chittenden Bank Milk Bowl.

CHARLOTTE, NC (July 25, 2008) – Every time it seems like somebody is ready to step up and take control of the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) South Super Late Model points standings, something happens that shakes them up again. PASS South points leader Corey Williams started the 2008 season out much as he ended 2007 and that had competitors worried. Williams won three out of the last six races of 2007 and started out 2008 with a win at Hickory’s Easter Bunny 150. While not a shoe in for the championship, Williams has been the most consistent PASS South driver and that’s what has him leading the points.

BARRE, VT – The Fisher/Federated Auto Parts stock car racing program set for Thursday, July 24 at Barre’s Thunder Road has been washed away by rain. The four-division card has been rescheduled for Friday, July 25 at 6:30pm. Gates will open at 5:00pm, regular admission rates will be in effect at $9.50 for adults, $3 for children (6-12), and just $20 for a family of any two adults and any two kids.
