Waterbury, VT – One of the biggest events in the history of American-Canadian Tour (ACT) Late Models just continues to get bigger. A total of 35 drivers have now officially filed their entries for the ACT Commonwealth Classic 65 at Virginia’s Richmond Raceway on Saturday, March 30. With nearly three weeks still left before the event, the potential is there for even more names to be added to the list by the time the haulers arrive in Virginia.

Attleboro, Massachusetts (March 4, 2019) — Thomas Saari has been named the Grand Marshal and honorary starter for the inaugural Bullring Bash Quarter Mile Challenge event at N. Woodstock, NH’s White Mountain Motorsports Park on Sunday, June 16. The event will be the latest chapter of an unlikely auto racing journey for Saari that started in earnest just a few years ago.

Waterbury, VT – The inaugural American-Canadian Tour (ACT) Commonwealth Classic 65 at Virginia’s Richmond Raceway on Saturday, March 30 is shaping up to be an international showcase for ACT Late Model racing. Of the 32 drivers who have officially entered the $5,000-to-win event, eight of them hail from the Canadian province of Quebec. This means a quarter of the current field will travel as many as 14 hours each way and cross country borders to race at the historic track.

The Granite State Pro stock Series officially brought its season to a close on Saturday March 2 at the Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park clubhouse. The season ending banquet of champions was a chance for the teams of the GSPSS to get together one last time as part of the 2018 season and honor their champion.

But, for grassroots racers from across North America, they will get a chance to do something that covers both of those characteristics when they tackle the legendary Richmond Raceway for the inaugural PASS Commonwealth Classic on Saturday afternoon, March 30th. After many feared their dreams would not come true following a rainout at Richmond last fall, entrants from across the motorsports spectrum are making their Richmond intentions known from the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Models to the Tour-Type Modifieds, American-Canadian Tour (ACT) Late Models, MASS Street Stocks, and Mini Stocks.

Salem, CT’s John O’Sullivan has sent in his entry for the Bullring Bash MSD Legends and plans to run each of the three $1,500-to-win all-star events.
