Joey Polewarczyk Jr ends up in 15th position in the PASS Bastille 200 at Lee Speedway

(Lee, NH) – #97 Joey Polewarczyk Jr went into Tuesday’s Pro All-Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Model race on a high note from his remarkable recovery in a Late Model race, he raced just days earlier. That race saw Polewarczyk start in 26th place and come home with a Top 5.

Fast forward three-days, the Polewarczyk Race Team hauled their PASS SLM to Lee USA Speedway, a very fast 3/8-mile-oval, located near the Polewarczyk race shop. The setting was the Annual PASS Bastille 200-lap event. Joey said, “We were very fast right out of the hauler, it seems like I am a broken record when I keep saying this.” “We had the car to beat; plain and simple.” “We were quicker than Johnny (Clark) and Lonnie (Somerville)”

RESULTS FOR JULY 8th AT LEE USA SPEEDWAY

Lee, NH – 2008 Valenti Modified Racing Series champion Chris Pasteryak was
the big winner in the Port City 100 presented by Laticrete at Lee USA
Speedway on Friday night, taking down his second MRS win of the season under threatening skies.

Louie Mechalides was first to set the pace in the Modified main, but Joe Doucette knocked him off the point just three laps in. The pair led the way to lap 25, but by halfway, Mechalides had faded to fourth, and Doucette was under attack from Pasteryak.

PRESS RELEASE FOR LEE USA SPEEDWAY

BETHANY, Conn.- For the third consecutive year, LATICRETE International Inc., based in Bethany, Connecticut will be supporting the LATICRETE Port City 100 event at the Lee USA Speedway in Lee, New Hampshire on Friday, July 8th. The NASCAR sanctioned track will have race events for the Valenti Modified Racing Series and the NASCAR Small Block Super Modifieds as part of the same special event program.

This is a unique sponsorship venture rarely seen in the racing community. In cooperation with Lee track owners Red and Judy MacDonald, a majority of the LATICRETE sponsorship money will go directly into the purse payoff, adding incentives this year for both the 100-lap Modified and 30-lap Super Modified events. The bonus money is sure to bring quality fields of competitors for both events.

RESULTS FROM LEE USA SPEEDWAY ON JUNE 10, 2011

Lee, NH – Defending champion Tommy Tombarello, Jr. was back to his winning ways in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Small Block Supermodifieds at Lee USA Speedway on Friday night, taking down his first feature event victory of the 2011 season in convincing style.

Matt Seavey established himself as the man to beat in the early laps of the Benson Lumber and Hardware-sponsored main event, quickly leading a caution-free sprint to the halfway mark with Ben Tinker and Tombarello hot on his heels at the crossed flags.
