Aliyah Neale, of Royalston, MA even though racing concluded last October, racing really never stops. “I’ve been helping my Dad get the cars ready for the upcoming race season. I did some kart racing at Maine Indoor Karting.”

Aliyah learned a lot last year racing the #14 bando at NHMS and, looks to improve on it this race season. “My plan is to get some podium finishes. I learned a lot last season and I’m looking forward to getting back on the track!”

The mini oval at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, can be a hard track to race as the cars go from a flat track to a banked track in turn 1 and just the opposite in turn 4, which can upset the car.  “The Oval track is definitely a challenge because it not really oval. But I think mastering turn 1 is the key.”

Waterbury, VT – The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) announced today that ACT will return to the 1.058-mile speedway in 2016 for the 8th Annual Bond Auto Parts ACT Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 24. The 50-lap event has been a staple of the ACT schedule since its inaugural running in 2009.

“It’s definitely a race that I love going to,” 2014 Invitational winner Wayne Helliwell, Jr. said. “It brings a different type of racing that we don’t get to do at any other track. Running three-, four-, and sometimes five-wide, as much as it’s nerve-wracking, is also really enjoyable. Overall, it’s just a great experience – especially being mixed in with some of the Cup drivers and the Modified Tour guys. It’s a big event for the crew, the family, and the sponsors, and it’s something we really look forward to every year.”
