Ambetter Health Named Entitlement Partner for 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series Race at NHMS The Ambetter Health 200 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway is on Doubleheader Saturday, July 15 at 3 p.m.
LOUDON, N.H. – Ambetter Health ( , America’s number one Marketplace Health Insurer, has extended its partnership with New Hampshire Motor Speedway ( (NHMS) to become the entitlement sponsor for New England’s only NASCAR Xfinity Series ( (NXS) race. The Ambetter Health 200 will take place at 3 p.m. on Doubleheader Saturday ( , July 15 as part of the speedway’s traditional mid-summer NASCAR weekend.

N. Woodstock, NH — East Thetford, VT’s Matt Sonnhalter stood firm through everything the North East Mini Stock Tour (NEMST) field could hurl at him on his way to victory at North Woodstock, NH’s White Mountain Motorsports Park on Saturday, June 9. Sonnhalter took the lead on lap 8 of the 50-lap feature and held off a huge pack in the final dash for the win.
The NEMST veteran started seventh in his familiar #33VT truck and did not need long to get the lead. Passing nearly a car a lap, Sonnhalter flew past Seekonk, MA’s Mike Viens to grab the top spot with just eight laps complete.
However, that was just the beginning of Sonnhalter’s battle. After a caution on lap 12 for a tangle involving Emerson Cayer and Cody LeBlanc, things got serious for the crown. As Sonhalter fended off Robert Anderson, Viens, reigning NEMST champion Desmond Skillings, and others at the front, LeBlanc and Cayer were flying out of the back.
Drivers, Start Your Engines! Laps for Charity returns to New Hampshire Motor Speedway May 14 to benefit the New Hampshire Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities. Fans can drive on the 1.6-mile road course for the very first time.

Laps for Charity offers anyone with a need for speed the opportunity to drive his or her own vehicle on one of New Hampshire Motor Speedway’s (NHMS) famed racing surfaces as well as ride in the official NHMS pace car with proceeds benefitting the New Hampshire Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities (SCCNH).
“Race fans are always asking us if they can drive on the racetrack,” said Danielle Cyr, director for SCCNH and marketing manager for NHMS. “This is the perfect opportunity to give them the chance to experience the thrill of being behind the wheel at their favorite speedway while helping local kids in need.”
