Mike Hopkins Breaks PASS Drought at Star Speedway
Mike Hopkins finally broke a long drought in the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) by capturing the National Star 150 at the Star Speedway in Epping, New Hampshire. This victory marked his first win in nearly seven years, ending a period of inactivity for the driver.
The race featured a highly competitive field, with Hopkins battling against drivers like Gabe Brown and Derek Griffith throughout the event. The action was intense as the field shifted, with cautions interrupting the run before Hopkins managed to pull away and secure the win in the final laps.
Beyond the main event, other drivers also achieved success across the series. Jon McKennedy secured a victory in the New England Supermodified Series (NESS) Prelude to the Classic, while Zach Bowie took home a win in the Kennebec Equipment Rental PASS Modifieds at the same venue.

Gabe Brown Wins Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour Coastal Clash 150

The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour rolled into Epping, New Hampshire’s Star Speedway for the rain-delayed Coastal Clash 150 on Sunday.
Twenty-two cars committed to the reschedule date with Jonathan Bouvrette, Cole Littlewood and Gabe Brown taking the three heat race victories to set the field.
Thunder Road invader Brandon Gray earned the pole position in heat race qualifying action with Derry’s Erick Sands to his outside. Gray would maintain the early lead before Sands fought back to lead lap 12 by a bumper cover. The two-by-two fight for the lead ended abruptly as the hood went up over Kaiden Fisher’s windshield and after three blind laps Fisher spun off turn three to call out the first caution.
Behind them came Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour point leader Gabe Brown, picking off the top-ten slowly but surely before catastrophe struck. A torn alternator wire ended the strong day for Erick Sands, sending him pitside on lap 56 leaving the Gabe Brown Show from then on.
