Due to an uncertain forecast including multiple rain cells throughout the day Saturday, and a lack of availability for a rain-date on Sunday, White Mountain Motorsports Park Officials have postponed the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event originally scheduled for June 20 to Saturday, July 18.

While the planned events for the four track championship divisions are still a go for this Saturday, the unpredictable weather coupled with multiple NASCAR teams and officials planning the trek from Florida and the Carolinas pushed Officials to wait for friendlier skies above.

“This isn’t a decision either ourselves as the track or NASCAR took lightly but one we both feel is best for everyone involved,” said WMMP managing partner Cris Michaud. “We’ve already lost one Saturday and we’re pushing to try and make sure our weekly teams don’t lose another.”

“We were hopeful to at least get our track championship divisions in today, but the forecast says otherwise,” said WMMP managing partner Cris Michaud. “We’ll regroup for Kid’s Night next Saturday and look forward to seeing everyone for fireworks to kick-off Independence Day week.”

PASS and ACT have opted to cancel the planned events for Friday, June 19 at Lee USA Speedway with both sanctioning bodies busy with doubleheader weekends at their respective tracks.

After careful consideration, using experience gained at their shared venture in Thompson Speedway, both ACT and PASS Officials have opted to pare down the remaining Lee USA Speedway schedule to maintain a better balance for teams and spectators. The upcoming season is filled with big events taking the main stage while putting the weekly warriors of Lee USA Speedway in a larger spotlight as the season goes on.

Officials are hard at work planning the return to Friday Night Racing on Friday, July 3 during the busy Independence Day Holiday stretch, headlined by the ACT Late Model 100. The second round in the Seacoast Challenge Series, this 100-lap showdown is sure to pit the best of the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour against all comers at New Hampshire’s Center of Speed. PASS and ACT Events Cancelled; NH Center of Speed Reschedules Racing

Officials with the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) and the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) have cancelled the planned events for Friday, May 29, due to forecasted rain throughout the seacoast area.
