It would be O\u2019Donnell\u2019s second Thunder Road track title in three seasons, joining his 2011 Bond Auto Tiger Sportsmen crown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">O\u2019Donnell has used a pair of feature wins, along with a total of 12 top ten finishes in the 13 events so far, to amass a 60-point lead heading into tomorrow night\u2019s Late Model finale. Barring any major issues, the 23-year old should fend off two-time Thunder Road track champion Nick Sweet. 2013 marks O\u2019Donnell\u2019s first full season of Late Model competition, which will also make him the Rookie of the Year, something that hasn\u2019t been done in the modern era of Thunder Road stock car racing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\"><!--more-->VP Racing Fuels night on Thursday, August 29 wraps up Thunder Road\u2019s regular events for 2013. The evening will feature a 100-lap Bond Auto Tiger Sportsmen feature plus the Late Models, Allen Lumber Street Stocks and Rough Riders. Post time is <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1268291490\"><span class=\"aQJ\">6:30pm<\/span><\/span>. Admission is just $10 for adults, $3 for kids (ages 6 to 12) and $20 for a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Thunder Road will open its gates once again this <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1268291491\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Sunday, September 1<\/span><\/span> for the 35<sup>th<\/sup> annual VT Foodbank Labor Day Classic featuring the return of the American Canadian Tour Late Models. They will be joined by the Bond Auto Tiger Sportsmen and Allen Lumber Street Stocks.
