margin: 6px;\" alt=\"djshaw_headshot\" src=\"http:\/\/www.maineracing.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/djshaw_headshot.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"279\" \/>Oxford, ME \u2013 DJ Shaw and the #60 Precision JLM went into the final race of the Pro All Stars Series North season with one goal, win.\u00a0 After early struggles throughout the day, they did just that, taking the lead with 24 laps to go and holding off a charge from Scott Mulkern to grab his third win of the PASS North season, the most of any driver in the Series.<\/p>\n<p>The day started out rough as Shaw as he only finished sixth in his heat race, not enough to transfer into the Feature race while 48 other cars battled for the 36 starting spots.\u00a0 He would start on the pole in the consolation race, and drive away with the win.\u00a0 This gave Shaw a 22nd place starting position for the 150 lap event.\u00a0 The team felt like they had hit on something though, as they made several adjustments to the car throughout the morning to get it right.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nShaw has had to come from a dismal qualifying effort many times this season, and proved once again that he knew how to work his way through traffic.\u00a0 By just lap 50, he had cracked the top ten and was consistently one of the fastest cars on the track.\u00a0 On lap 105, Shaw was in a race for the lead with the other championship contenders Cassius Clark and Joey Doiron.\u00a0 He would take the lead from Scott Mulkern after a restart on lap 126, and didn\u2019t look back, as he took his third win of the season and one of his hardest fought wins.<\/p>\n<p>Doing all he could for to grab the championship, it wasn\u2019t enough as Shaw ended the season third in the final PASS North points standings, only five points out of first place.\u00a0 The team now has a little over a month off before they are back in action.\u00a0 The final PASS National event at Southern National Motorsports Park in the 200 lap Mason Dixon Meltdown on <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_322172776\"><span class=\"aQJ\">November 23rd<\/span><\/span> will be the final race on their 2013 schedule.\u00a0 Shaw is 25 points out of the championship in third place.<\/p>\n<p>Learn more about DJ Shaw and the Precision JLM team on Facebook at the Precision JLM Racing page, on Twitter @djshaw60 and on the web at DJShaw60.com.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;
