The action will begin on Thursday, August 13<sup>th<\/sup> with Vermont ACE Hardware Dealers Night featuring the Tiger Sportsmen Tri-State Series 100. It will be the third and final event on the Tri-State Series 2009 schedule. The Late Models, Street Stocks and Junkyard Warriors are also on the stock car racing card. Post time is set for 6:30pm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%\">The doubleheader will continue on Friday, August 14th with the Pepsi Night make-up event. Fans that bring their ticket stubs from the Thursday night event will receive an admission discount on Friday (Adults $5, Kids under 12 free). Immediately following the racing will be a 50&rsquo;s\/60&rsquo;s sock hop, costume contest and hoola-hoop contest. All fans are invited down to the pit area for the festivities and 50 cent drinks and hot dogs from Al&rsquo;s concession stand. Post time is 6:00pm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%\">The season is winding down so don&rsquo;t miss out on all the fun next Thursday and Friday at Thunder Road International Speedbowl. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%\">Also this Sunday, August 9th is the 25th Annual M&amp;M Beverage Enduro rescheduled from August 2nd. Over 100 cars have already entered, including Barre Mayor Thom Lauzon. Come watch 250 laps of mayhem with the winner walking away $5,000 richer.
