{"id":13819,"date":"2014-08-20T21:43:39","date_gmt":"2014-08-21T01:43:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.maineracing.com\/wp\/?p=13819"},"modified":"2014-08-20T21:43:39","modified_gmt":"2014-08-21T01:43:39","slug":"packard-ready-triple-duty-weekend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/maineracing.com\/legacy\/2014\/08\/packard-ready-triple-duty-weekend\/","title":{"rendered":"Packard Ready for Triple Duty this Weekend"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_13121\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-13121\" class=\"wp-image-13121 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.maineracing.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/E1-300x171.jpg\" alt=\"E1\" width=\"300\" height=\"171\" srcset=\"https:\/\/maineracing.com\/legacy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/E1-300x171.jpg 300w, https:\/\/maineracing.com\/legacy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/E1.jpg 494w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-13121\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Emily Packard<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Up Next: Thunder Road, Devil\u2019s Bowl and ACT CAN-AM 200<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>EAST MONTPELIER, Vt. \u2013 With the season starting to wind down and school starting in a just a couple of weeks, Emily Packard continues her busy racing schedule with a triple header on tap for her this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Beginning <span data-term=\"goog_281615896\">on Thursday<\/span> night, August 21<sup>st<\/sup>, Packard and her 9x Northstar Fireworks\/Packard Fuels car returns to Thunder Road.\u00a0 With only two weekly shows left, the East Montpelier native hopes to finish out the season with a solid run the next two races, where she currently ranks 14<sup>th<\/sup> in the championship points.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>On Friday August 22<sup>nd<\/sup>, the 17 year old and her 9x Northstar Fireworks\/Packard Fuels team head back to Devil\u2019s Bowl for the last weekly show of the season.\u00a0 After winning the Triple Crown in the Late Model division two weeks ago, Packard and her team look to continue this success at the track.\u00a0 She currently finds herself third in the track championship point\u2019s battle, just 16 points out of second and 19 out of the lead.\u00a0 Having 2 wins, and 8 top five\u2019s out of 10 races, Packard\u2019s team knows how to get the car to handle to her liking, and they look forward to finishing the season out strong here.\u00a0 This weekend\u2019s show at Devil\u2019s Bowl consists of two 25 lap Late Model features and with points on the line;
