All ACT affiliate weekly programs will also be eligible, including: Thunder Road in Barre, VT; Lee USA in Lee, NH; White Mountain Motorsport Park in Lincoln, NH; Oxford Plains Speedway in Oxford, ME; Seekonk Speedway in Seekonk, MA; Waterford Speedbowl, in Waterford, CT; Twin State Speedway in Claremont, NH; Kawartha Speedway in Peterborough, ON; and Capital City Speedway in Ottawa, ON. Other tracks may be added and numbers of events are subject to change.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Points will be issued to registered Owner. <em>(Driver will be      considered owner unless registration with ACT indicates otherwise)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Any combination of twenty (20) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">touring events<\/span> and\/or <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">weekly      events<\/span> <strong><em>[there will be no maximum of event limits for eligibility      in final point standings]<\/em> <\/strong>will be used to determine the final      standings in the Ford Racing Blue Oval Cup Challenge year-end standings.      All teams will be scored on a total of the best 20 events regardless of      number of events entered. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Team will be given maximum 12 points if they register and attempt      to qualify but fail to compete in the main event.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Team will be issued 16 points for each event under the 20 race      requirement they fail to attend. <\/span><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Example:      A team attends 18 events. They receive 16 points for two events under 20,      making their penalty 32.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Lowest point total<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> wins      overall Blue Oval Challenge for events and season long standings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">One point (1) will be given for a win, two (2) points will be      given for second, three (3) points for third\u2026etc. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">All Ford team competitors will receive points in all the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">feature<\/span> events they participate in to a maximum total of twelve (12) points per      event, regardless of number of entrants in any single event (tour or      weekly). <\/span><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Example: a team that      competes in a field of 24 cars and finishes 18<sup>th<\/sup> will receive      only 12 points<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Lowest number of points for twenty completed events will determine      the year-end standings regardless of number of events entered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">After twenty events completed, worst event will be eliminated and      replaced by a more favorable finish<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">In the event of ties, first place will be determined by the      competitor with the best finishes in their point-counting eligible events      (up to twenty)\u2026most wins, most seconds, most thirds..etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Positional ties for second through tenth will divide the position      money equally<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The following list of teams are currently approved for the Ford Racing Blue Oval Cup Challenge and overall 2010 contingency program at approved ACT locations:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> Cris Michaud, Northfield, VT<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> Joey Polewarczyk, Jr., Hudson, NH<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Glen Luce, Turner, ME <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Wayne Helliwell, Jr., Haverhill, MA<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Joey Laquerre, East Montpelier, VT <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mike Johnson, Salisbury, MA <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jeff Taylor, Farmington, ME <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Austin Theriault, Fort Kent, ME <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.75in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span>A.<span style=\"font-family: \" New=\"New\" Roman\";=\"Roman\";\" font-style:=\"font-style:\" normal;=\"normal;\" font-variant:=\"font-variant:\" normal;=\"normal;\" font-weight:=\"font-weight:\" normal;=\"normal;\" font-size:=\"font-size:\" 7pt;=\"7pt;\" line-height:=\"line-height:\" normal;=\"normal;\" font-size-adjust:=\"font-size-adjust:\" none;=\"none;\" font-stretch:=\"font-stretch:\" normal;\"=\"normal;\"\"> <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">St. Peter, Calais, ME<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.75in;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">(additional teams may be added) <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The first eligible event for the Ford Racing team members will be the ACT season opener on April 18, 2010 at the Lee USA Speedway in Lee, NH with the annual running of the Governor\u2019s Cup 150. Cris Michaud, who gave Ford racing their first win at Thunder Road Speedbowl in Barre, VT is a former winner of the Lee Governor\u2019s Cup 150 and is expected to enter and will attempt to give Ford their first ever ACT US Tour event win.
