The twenty five year old Sidney,  ME racer started winning back when he raced Mini Stocks at Unity Raceway  nine years ago. Three Late Model Championships later Chris Thorne is  still at it. Chris picked up <br \/><\/font><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"4\">his first win of the season on Uncle Henry&rsquo;s  night at Wiscasset Raceway on June 27<sup>th<\/sup>. Thorne lead the  entire race, holding off many challenges from T.J. Watson and Dan Trask  over the closing laps. When Chris crossed the line he did so in front  of Seth Raven who picked up his third top three of the year in the Steel&rsquo;s  Real Rod&rsquo;s and Custom&rsquo;s Late Models. Erik Nash would finish third  all the way up from Mooresville, NC for the weekend. David Folsom would  grab fourth and Danny Smart fifth.<\/font>  <\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"4\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In  the Aable Auto Parts Mini Stock division Thomas True of Wiscasset was  able to get by Kevin Douglass to pick up his second win of the season.  Douglass would finish second with Pete McCollett grabbing the last trophy  position. Point leader Ryan Ripley came home fourth with Tasha Dyer  finishing fifth. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"4\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The  U.S. Cellular Mini Truck&rsquo;s put on a good show for the crowd with the  top two trucks battling side by side for many laps. In the end it would  be Ryan Hayes capturing his second checkered flag in as many weeks.  Roger Allard would finish second to Hayes with Russ Anderson third.  Fourth would belong to Roger&rsquo;s son Opie Allard and fifth would go  to Josh Harjula. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"4\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The  New England Transmission Strictly Streets also put on a great show.  Ian Bresnehan who just celebrated his 36<sup>th<\/sup> birthday on Friday  picked up the feature victory. Jamie Henderson would finish second with  Mike Hodgkins picking up his second straight third place finish. Fourth  would go to Jamie&rsquo;s dad Wally Henderson and fifth to point leader  Mike Moody.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"4\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In  the Verizon Wireless Super Street division there was a first time winner.  Allan Moeller Jr. of Dresden picked his first career feature victory.  Josh St. Clair of Liberty finished second with Shawn Austin coming home  third. Ryan Gero would get fourth and Ryan St. Clair, Josh&rsquo;s brother  would take home fifth.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"4\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Chuck  Colby was able to get his first feature victory of the season in the  Clarks Car Crushing Pro-Stocks. Colby would have to hold off Jeff Burgess  for the win. Scott King would grab third with fourth going to Chuck&rsquo;s  father Charlie Colby and Joe Creamer would get fifth.<\/font>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"4\">Next Week at Wiscasset Raceway:<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"4\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\"><strong>Sun.
