Richie Morse soldiered on to a ninth place finish despite getting caught up in several incidents that left his number 34 looking more like a PASS Modified than a Sportsman ride. Despite his tough day at the races, Morse claimed the Sportsman Series title over Steve Bennett Sr. by eighteen points, 315-297. Terry Merrill was third in the final standings with 274 markers.
Mckeage and Morse were the qualifying race winners.
Morse will celebrate his PASS Pluffybilt Sportsman Series Championship on Saturday November 15th when all four PASS North divisions are honored at the 2008 PASS Banquet of Champions. at Verrillo's Convention Center on Riverside Street in Westbrook, Maine.
