Dearborn is winless in 2009 but he’s had consistently solid finishes that have kept him in the top five of the season point standings. Sunday could be Dearborn’s day, but there are talents like D.J. Shaw, Kelly Moore, Travis Benjamin, Donnie Whitten and PASS rookie Steve Legendre that are hungry for a chance to carry their first checkers of 2009 too.

Derek Ramstrom has his own mission in mind at Canaan Fair. He’s scored Canaan Fair wins in the Allison Legacy Series and the now dormant PASS Outlaw division before he could take his driver’s test. Ramstrom is a star in the premier super late model series now, and he will be looking for win number two of 2009 at a track where he has both experience and success.

The chase for the 2009 PASS Championship is winding down and with just three races remaining on the super late model schedule Johnny Clark maintains his lead by a solid margin over Ben Rowe, but one miscue or failure would serve to turn the standings upside down.

It’s been Andy Shaw’s year so far in the PASS Mods. Shaw has three wins under his belt in the open wheel division and he’ll be looking for more on Sunday. Dan Mckeage is looking for his second PASS Sportsman series title, but there’s a strong field of racers that could step up and beat the PASS Sportsman regulars at Canaan Fair.

Count on fast, furious and non-stop action when PASS makes its return to Canaan Fair Speedway’s Awesome Asphalt. The back gates swing open at 10:00 Am, practice rolls off at noon and the first heat race goes green at 2:00 PM.

Canaan Fair Speedway is located off NH Route 118 on Orange Road in Canaan New Hampshire.
