The race is round two of the five race series that got underway in January at Florida\u2019s New Smyrna Speedway. Two New Englanders are currently atop the standings, with <\/span>PASS newcomer Brad Leighton in the number one spot by virtue of his PASS Florida Winterfest win, followed by defending and four time PASS North Champion Johnny Clark, Canada\u2019s Lonnie Sommerville and <\/span> <\/span>Steven Legendre. Preston Peltier, Jay Fogleman, Dale Brackett, Devin Jones, Brandon Ward and Clay Jones round out the top ten. <\/span>They\u2019re all expected at the Easter Bunny 150, so they will all remain in contention for the 2010 crown.<\/span><\/p>\n The Easter Bunny will award both PASS South and PASS National points, so Ryan Blaney will be looking to back up his first career PASS South win in the season opening South Carolina Clash with a victory at Hickory. The teenager knows his way around the famous short track so he has to be considered one of the favorites. Blaney stands atop the South standings with Hal Goodson, Steve Legendre, Preston Peltier and Spencer Wauters second through fifth.<\/span><\/p>\n On Friday March 2nd<\/sup> there will be practice for all competing divisions. The pit area opens at noon with practice slated from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. <\/span>On race day Saturday April 3rd<\/sup> the gates swing <\/span>open at 10:00 AM, practice gets underway at noon and PASS time trials are scheduled for 4:00 PM.
