NAPLES ME (7\/12) <\/span>All three Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North touring divisions will be in action Tuesday night July 13th <\/span>at Red and Judy MacDonald\u2019s\u2019 immaculate Lee (NH) <\/span>USA Speedway and the competition <\/span>is guaranteed to be fast paced and action packed.<\/span><\/p>\n

The PASS Sportsman <\/span>have been added to this year\u2019s Lee USA stop, and that division will put on a 75 lap show that is sure to be a crowd pleaser. <\/span>The touring Sportsman will have just a few hours to get dialed in for their feature, and although many of the series regulars have made the trip to Lee in the fall for Lee\u2019s popular Octoberfest event, they haven\u2019t experienced the fast three-eighths in the heat of midsummer. Expect the Friday night regulars at the Route 125 oval to give the touring pros fits, although the extra distance will help to even up the score. <\/span>2009 series champ Carey Martin and Clyde Hennessey are knotted atop the PASS Sportsman point standings after two events; Mike Landry trails the pair by five.

The PASS Mod boys have a 40 lap sprint on the schedule, and point leader Andy Shaw has to be looking forward to the series\u2019 return to Lee. Shaw won two of the three PASS Mod shows at Lee in 2009 . Wayne Whitten Jr. has a Lee Mod win to his credit, and he\u2019ll be looking for another Tuesday. Bill Dixon, Scott McDaniel Sumner Sessions and Jon Brill are all chasing Shaw for the point lead in the economical open wheel touring series.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are 200 green flag laps in store for the PASS super late model teams.That means strategy will be in the mix Tuesday night as a two tire change is an option for the PASS Bastille 200. <\/span>Johnny Clark made his stop just past the half-way mark of 2009\u2019s race and took the lead shortly thereafter to capture the inaugural race win. <\/span>Runner up Louie Mechalides challenged Clark throughout the night and Cassius Clark was strong in third. There\u2019s a long list of early entries and you can expect a number of weekly super late model teams to take advantage of <\/span>an off night at their home tracks to come race with PASS.<\/span><\/p>\n

The NELCAR Legends complete the line-up for a night of racing that will deliver the kind of excitement that Lee USA Speedway is so famous for. Practice is slated for 4:00 PM, heat racing goes green at 6:00 PM and the first of four features rolls off at 7:00 PM. <\/span>Expect the night\u2019s action to wrap up at approximately 10:15 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n
