And we&#8217;re  still in the hunt for the championship &#8212; so we may not be quite where  we want to be, but we&#8217;re not that far off, either.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Rowe finished fourth at Seekonk Speedway on Aug.  14. Just one week later, he ran fifth in the series&#8217; inaugural visit to  Spud Speedway.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">In both cases, Rowe said he had a competitive car early on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">&#8220;The car seems to be really fast for the first few  laps, but it drops off pretty quickly for some reason,&#8221; said Rowe, who  has two wins and nine Top-5s through the first 11 races of the year.  &#8220;Obviously, if we can figure out why that happens and fix it, we&#8217;re  going to be really good.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">The series returns to action in the PASS 300 at  Beech Ridge Motor Speedway in Scarborough, Maine, on September 12 &#8212; the  longest race of the season &#8212; and concludes with a final PASS 150 at  White Mountain Motorsports Park on September 17.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">The PASS 300 is also the fourth of five PASS  National Series events. The 4-time PASS North champion Rowe sits third  in the National standings, just 27 points out of the lead in that  series.
