\"\"<\/a>Kid\u2019s Rides and More Slated for Harvest Equipment Night<\/p>\n

Barre, VT \u2013 On Sunday, June 17, Barre\u2019s Thunder Road will celebrate Harvest Equipment night with door to door racing from the Late Models, Bond Auto Tiger Sportsmen, and Allen Lumber Street Stocks with a special twist.<\/p>\n

The stars and cars of Thunder Road will be in attendance early to give kids free rides around the high banks starting at 1:15pm. Also, all Scouts and Little League participants in uniform, as well as participants in the Race to Read program who have shown progress on their reading lists, will get into the show for free. There will also be Kid\u2019s Trike Races for ages 3-4 and 5-6 during intermission. It will surely be a night to remember for young race fans.
\n<\/p>\n

Kids night is one of General Manager Darla Hartt\u2019s favorite events. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe kids rides at Thunder Road are a wonderful way for us to give back to our young race fans. The racers love it, the kids love it, and it\u2019s just a genuinely fun experience for all,\u201d remarked Hartt. \u201cSome of our racers now got the itch when they were kids riding around in these things with their favorite drivers. It\u2019s just a fun event for everyone to be a part of,\u201d she finished.<\/p>\n

Harvest Equipment Kids Night will begin with kids rides at 1:15 pm and a 4:00 post time on Sunday, June 17. Gates open at 1:00pm. Adult tickets are $10, children 6-12 are $3, family passes are $20. Children six and under, Race to Read participants, and Scouts and Little Leaguers in uniform will all get in free.<\/p>\n
