Hagar started 2<sup>nd<\/sup> after an invert out of a field of eleven cars.<\/font><\/span><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><font face=\"Calibri\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: Dotum\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span>In the first 50 lap main event, Hagar held her own staying in the top 5, while battling West Coast competitors Ross Strmiska and Jacob Gomes on the outside for the first 15 laps. Crew Chief Frank Vincent coached Katie, while trying to get her down on the inside line, allowing her tires to cool down. <\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><font face=\"Calibri\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: Dotum\">T<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: &#39;Dotum Western&#39;\">he D4D Driver &ldquo;stayed up on the wheel&rdquo;<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: Dotum\"> brining the #14 to a 5<sup>th<\/sup> place finish.<\/span><\/strong><\/font><font face=\"Calibri\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: &#39;Dotum Western&#39;\">In the second 50 lap main event, Katie worked with her team to make changes to the previous &ldquo;tight&rdquo; race car.<\/span><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/font><font face=\"Calibri\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: &#39;Dotum Western&#39;\">&ldquo;W<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: Dotum\">e were trying to get the car to <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: &#39;Dotum Western&#39;\">rotate in the middle better, but I think it took all of our front bite away..we started in the rear and just couldn&rsquo;t advance any. <\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><font face=\"Calibri\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: &#39;Dotum Western&#39;\">I tried racing the 51fifty car hard<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: Dotum\">,<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: &#39;Dotum Western&#39;\"> but once I snuck under him, I knew I was going around and didn&rsquo;t want to take him with m<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: Dotum\">e, so unfortunately <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: &#39;Dotum Western&#39;\">we spun coming out of turn four but as my crew chief and I talked about on the radio- let&rsquo;s bring it home in one piece, especially after I told him I had a left rear going down.
