The fans in the stands and the race teams in the pits cheered as Owen took his first checkered flag of the weekend. Then on Sunday Owen got pack behind the wheel of the #7 kart and won his second straight race. <\/p>\n<p>Now with 2 win under his belt I asked Owen what his plans were to race next season, his response, \u201cPASS Modifieds\u201d.
