Over 200 laps of feature races are on the<br \/> docket.<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">A total of 10 feature races are scheduled as part of the NASCAR Whelen<br \/> All-American Series, the official sanctioning body at the 3\/8 mile facility.<br \/> Because of the unusual amount of races, a special starting time of 6:45 PM<br \/> has been announced with a features only format on tap for all weekly<br \/> divisions with the exception of the Roadrunners.<\/p>\n<p> Here&#39;s what fans and competitors can expect.<\/p>\n<p> Triple 20 Lap features for the Ekeys4cars Late Models, Twin 20 Lap races for<br \/> the PB Chopper Shop &amp; Rods Super Modifieds, a 50 lap David&#39;s Race Cars and<br \/> Components Roadrunner Shoot-Out, feature races in the Prime Storage Late<br \/> Model Sportsman, Hobby Stocks, and American Auto Parts Ironman divisions.<\/p>\n<p> In addition, it&#39;s the annual &quot;Back to School Night.&quot; The speedway will stage<br \/> rides in race cars for the youngsters. The originally scheduled S.T.A.R.<br \/> antique race car show has been rescheduled to September 11th because of the<br \/> busy Friday night schedule.<\/p>\n<p> &quot;It&#39;s all about creativity,&quot; said Bob Watson, speedway manager. &quot;You want to<br \/> give the racer and the fan the racing they came here for, you have the need<br \/> to fulfill your agreement (point&#39;s races) with NASCAR, and you have to work<br \/> with time constraints. The way summers have been around here, this has been<br \/> an annual scheduling event. &nbsp;That is why we asked our town fathers<br \/> permission to have a Saturday rain date.
