CAREER-FIRST SUPER LATE MODEL WIN FOR KYLE TREADWELL AT OXFORD PLAINS SPEEDWAY ON WOOD PELLET WAREHOUSE NIGHT
Oxford, Maine – Kyle Treadwell of Buckfield scored for the first time in Budweiser Oxford Championship Series Super Late Model competition, wheeling his Poland Springs 44 to victory lane in convincing fashion on Saturday night (May 30) at Oxford Plains Speedway.
Staring 10th, Treadwell patiently made his way through the top division field, squaring off against former Oxford 250 champion Scott Robbins of Dixfield. For much of the event Robbins was in command, but late restarts, and Treadwell, saw Robbins ending up with the runner-up’s hardware.

Oxford, Maine – Reid Lanpher of Manchester put the hammer down in the closing stages of Saturday night’s 50-lap Super Late Model main event, topping the Budweiser Championship Series card on Husqvarna Night presented by Dave’s Small Engines at Oxford Plains Speedway.
Veteran Hebron racer Alan Wilson led most of the race, holding off several early challenges, most notably by reigning track champion TJ Brackett of Buckfield. Jeremy Davis of Tamworth, New Hampshire, who earlier in the racing card pulled off a three-wide pass to score a heat race win, started 18th and steadily blazed a trail through traffic, with 16th-starter Lanpher in tow.

Oxford, Maine – Former track champion Timmy Brackett of Buckfield took a first step toward reclaiming the track crown won last season by his son TJ with a 50-lap triumph in the Budweiser Super Late Models, topping the card on Applebees night Saturday at Oxford Plains Speedway.
Brackett started on the front row, outgunned New Hampshire racer Andy Shaw at the start, then fended off several challenges by Peru’s Gary Chiasson to put his NAPA Auto Parts=sponsored car number 60 in victory lane.
Chiasson and Minot’s Scott Farrington waged an entertaining battle for runner-up honors, with Chiasson prevailing as the checkered flag waved. Shaw managed to claim a fourth-place finish, with the top five filled out by Justin Gibbons of Bridgton. Brackett and Shaw won 12-lap heat races.
