Hebert Tames Speedway 51 to Snap Winless Streak

Groveton, NH – Williamstown, VT’s Jimmy Hebert turned the most dominating performance of the 2018 American-Canadian Tour (ACT) season to win the J.P. Sicard/Kingdom Gravel 151 on Sunday, July 15 at Groveton, NH’s Speedway 51. Hebert took the lead for the first time on a lap-4 restart and held off every challenge presented by Graniteville, VT’s Chip Grenier to snap an ACT winless drought that dated back to August 2013.

ACT Stars Ready to Get Back on Track at Speedway 51

Waterbury, VT – The second half of the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) season takes off this Saturday, July 14 at Groveton, NH’s Speedway 51. After spending the past few weeks on an early-summer break, Scott Payea, Eddie “The Outlaw” MacDonald, Jimmy Hebert, and the rest of ACT’s top stars are expected to renew their battle for the ACT Late Model Tour championship at the J.P. Sicard/Kingdom Gravel 151.

ACT Approves Chevy 602 Engine for Competition

Waterbury, VT – American-Canadian Tour (ACT) officials announced today that the Chevrolet CT350 “GM 602” crate engine has been approved for use by all ACT teams, effective immediately. The decision comes on the heels of a testing phase that saw multiple drivers have success behind the wheel of a 602-powered ACT Late Model.

Eddie MacDonald Finishes Second in American Canadian Tour Race at Waterford

Eddie Mac’s hopes to win the second leg of the ACT Summer Showdown Series fell one position short as he scored a hard-earned second place finish in the New London-Waterford Speedbowl 150 on Saturday, June 16 at the Connecticut facility. Eddie Mac started the 150 lap feature on the flat, 3/8 mile oval in the 11th position.
