NAPLES ME (6/28) The Pro All Stars Series (PASS) will take to the track twice in 24 hours as we celebrate our country’s’ birthday , and both events are guaranteed to add a big dose of excitement to your holiday weekend.
The PASS South super late models get the party started on Friday evening July 2nd with a stop at Greenville-Pickens Speedway for the Firecracker 125. The venerable facility was once a hotbed for southern super late model racing and the stars of PASS South have revived that tradition for the appreciative and knowledgeable fans that frequent the track. David Pearson, Ralph Earnhardt Sr., Robert Pressley, and Pete Silva are but a few of the well known racers that have captured Greenville-Pickens Championships.

Green-White-Checker finish makes the sparks fly at Orange County
Naples, ME (6/27/10) Pro All Stars Series (PASS) South rookie Andy Loden scored a hat trick Saturday night, capturing three PASS South series wins in a row with his victory in the Southern Sizzler 150 at the Orange County Speedway. A great side-by-side restart between Andy Loden and Jay Fogleman on lap 149 set up a dramatic finish as the two battled down the back stretch with Loden holding the bottom groove with a half a car length lead over Fogleman to the outside as they entered turn three on the white flag lap. It then appeared that Loden drove up the track clipping the right front of Fogleman’s #4 machine almost sending the veteran spinning, giving the win to Loden as the field checked up behind him.

NAPLES ME (6/22) Summer has arrived, school is out and that means it’s time for the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) South super late models to head for the North Carolina/Virginia line to Rougemont North Carolinas’ beautiful Orange County Speedway on Saturday June 26th.
The Summer Sizzler will feature 150 green flag laps of super late model thunder delivered by the South’s fastest short track stars and full fender cars. There are several drivers that are on a roll and a bunch more that are looking to carry their first Sunoco checkered flag of the season.

NAPLES ME (6/21/10) Sunday’s racing card at Unity (ME) Raceway featured all three of the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North touring divisions and some great racing broke out in both the Sportsman and Mod features, punctuated by some serious bouts of yellow fever.
Mike Landry claimed his first feature win of the season, passing “Cousin Dan” McKeage on the 75 lap feature’s final restart for the race lead. Shane Tatro raced home in third; Scott Dorr and Craig Smith finish fourth and fifth.

Naples ME (6/21) Johnny Clark returned to home turf Sunday for the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Fathers’ Day 150 at Unity (ME) Raceway and he wasted little time getting to the front of the field to earn his third PASS North Super Late Model victory in a row. Starting 11th on the gird, Clark took the lead on lap 36 and kept the pack in his rear view mirror the rest of the way.

Trevor Sanborn of Parsonsfield, Maine, gears up for round four of the PASS North Series season as the series heads to the PASS 150 at Unity Raceway in Unity, Maine, on Sunday, June 20. Sanborn sits fourth in the series standings after a DNF last weekend at Speedway 660 with overheating problems, an race in which he was running third at the halfway point. Sanborn has a best career finish of fifth at Unity Raceway, and he will compete in the Father’s Day event as part of a doubleheader weekend. Sanborn will enter his own car in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series 40-lap Pro Series feature at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway on Saturday night, where he hopes to make it three wins in three starts this season.
