CLARK VICTORIUS AT TOROMONT CAT 250

(Halifax, NS, August 11th, 2018) – Cassius Clark (Farmington, ME) picked up his fourth Toromont Cat 250 victory tonight at Scotia Speedworld, becoming the most decorated driver in the race’s 19 year history. In addition to winning over $14,000, Clark also takes home the coveted Scott Fraser Memorial Cup. Dylan Blenkhorn (Truro, NS) came on strong but didn’t have enough to catch Clark when the checkers flew. Shawn Turple (Enfield, NS) rounded out the podium with a solid third place finish. Cole Butcher (Porter’s Lake, NS) accepted the Atlantic Tiltload Pole Challenge and started at the rear of field but was able to race his way back to a fourth place finish. Kent Vincent (Crapaud, PE) had a great run coming home fifth.

Fans have lots to look forward to with a 100 lap Affordable Fuels Sportsman race on Friday evening and the 19th running of the Toromont Cat 250 on Saturday.

COLE BUTCHER SWEEPS OYSTER BED SPEEDWAY WITH VICTORY AT LUCAS OIL 150

(Oyster Bed Bridge, PE, Aug 4, 2018) – Cole Butcher (Enfield, NS) drove back to Victory Lane for the fourth time this season and completed the Prince Edward Island sweep in 2018 at the Lucas Oil 150 at Oyster Bed Speedway Saturday night. After a caution with 14 laps to go, Butcher battled with Dylan Blenkhorn (Truro, NS) for the final 14 lap shootout – the two swapping the lead eight times before the checkered flag flew. Blenkhorn finished in 12th position after the two made contact in the final turn of the race and spun to a stop on the front stretch. Behind them, Dylan Gosbee (Cornwall, PE) and Kent Vincent (Crapaud, PE) were in the middle of their own battle for the 3rd position, and capitalized on Blenkhorn’s spin to finish second and third respectively. Rounding out the top five were Robbie MacEwen (Charlottetown, PE) and Greg Proude (Springvale, PE).

(Halifax, NS – Aug 1, 2018) The Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour is heading to Oyster Bed Speedway this Saturday, August 4th for the Lucas Oil 150. This is the second and final stop on Prince Edward Island this season for the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour. The Lucas Oil 150 marks race eight of twelve for the Maritime based stock car racing series. Qualifying for the Lucas Oil 150 gets underway with Atlantic Tiltload Heat Races at 6:00 PM.

CLARK TOPS ELITE FIELD, WINS FIRST IWK 250

(Antigonish, NS- July 15, 2018) – Cassius Clark (Farmington, ME) made a dream reality by winning the John W. Chisholm Memorial Cup at the IWK 250 at Riverside International Speedway this afternoon. The race was halted due to rain on lap 74 Saturday night. The stacked field included drivers from six provinces and two states. Dave O’Blenis (Boundary Creek, NB) came home second while NASCAR legend Kenny Wallace (St. Louis, MO) raced his way through the field during the final 50 laps to round out the podium.
