Dickens Crowned Thunder Road?s Chittenden Milk Bowl Queen

       BERLIN, VT – Annie Burke of Harvest Hills Farm in Berlin, VT reports that her lovely Ayrshire cow,
Dickens, has won the annual Milk Bowl Beauty Pageant for a record fourth time.  Dickens will be standing in Victory Lane at Thunder Road International Speedbowl in Barre on Sunday, Sept. 30 as the winner of the 44th Annual Chittenden Milk Bowl stock car race is presented to her for the traditional winning kiss.  Dickens adds the Milk Bowl contest win to her lengthy list of achievements in 2007, which include first-place award ribbons at Vermont fairs in Barton, Rutland, Tunbridge, and Essex.

PASS, NASCAR Champions Enter ACT Chittenden Milk Bowl

       BARRE, VT – Stock car racing champions from the top short track series in America have entered this weekend’s 44th Annual Chittenden Milk Bowl, a $10,000-to-win ACTion Super Series event for the American-Canadian Tour (ACT), at Thunder Road in Barre, VT, Sat./Sun, Sept. 29/30.  Leading the way are defending Pro All Stars Series (PASS) South Champion Mike Rowe of Turner, ME and two-time NASCAR Busch East Series king Brad Leighton of Center Harbor, NH.  Each driver is also a former ACT Champion.

Joe Gibbs Racing’s 17-Year-Old Development Driver the 2007 NASCAR Busch East Series Champion

DOVER, Del. (Sept. 21, 2007) – All Joey Logano had to do was start Friday’s season-ending Sunoco 150 NASCAR Busch East Series race at Dover International Speedway to clinch the 2007 Busch East championship. He did that and more by leading three times for a race-high 79 laps before finishing second in the 150-lap race on the 1-mile oval.

Mike Rowe Leads List of Winners on PASS 400 Weekend

Baril, Smith and Merrill Also Take Victories at Beech Ridge

NAPLES, ME (September 23, 2007) – For the second time in his career, Mike Rowe has become the big winner of the PASS 400 weekend at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway in Scarborough, Maine.  Rowe won the headlining race of the weekend, a 300-lap Super Late Model feature, during the inaugural event in 2005 and he repeated that fete again Sunday, by holding off Alan Wilson and Derek Ramstrom for the victory.
