For 2020 the Granite State Pro Stock Series has partnered with some of the top suppliers to short track racing teams to provide one of the industry’s best contingency programs. Several new companies as well as many returning ones will support the teams as they compete in 2020.
“We take great pride in working with quality companies to get the racers a little extra for their efforts”, Stated series President Mike Parks. “This year’s contingency program is arguably the best we have ever had and that is exciting for everyone”.
Three new companies have signed on, although none of them are unfamiliar to the series and its teams.
Speed51 is a longtime partner and will present $51 to the leader of lap 51 at all events in 2020. They will also continue to stream most of the 2020 scheduled events live. “Speed51 has enjoyed a great relationship with the Granite State Pro Stock Series”, says Northeast editor Brandon Ward. “We are happy to have a partnership that benefits the series, tracks, racers and fans”.
ARBodies, Five Star Both to Award Challenge Cup Certificates

Waterbury, VT – Two more season-ending prizes have been added to the pool for the inaugural New England Late Model Challenge Cup (NELMCC) presented by American Racer. The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) announced today that ARBodies and Five Star Race Car Bodies will each award a $500 product certificate to a participating driver following the 2020 Challenge Cup season.
The pair of certificates join the Crazy Horse Racing/Port City Racecars ACT chassis drawing that was previously announced. To be eligible for these drawings, drivers must register for the NELMCC presented by American Racer by the April 24 deadline. They must also compete in at least 10 eligible Challenge Cup events this year.
Phoenix might be the ‘jewel in the desert’ for Joe Gibbs Racing’s Kyle Busch
For the second consecutive week, Kyle Busch shows up at a NASCAR Cup Series track as the defending race winner, and though the Joe Gibbs Racing driver is till winless this season, he arrives at Phoenix Raceway for Sunday’s FanShield 500 (3:30 p.m. ET on FOX, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio) looking to continue a positive upswing after a rough couple early season outings.
The reigning NASCAR Cup Series champion has finished either first or second in the last four races at the Phoenix one-miler, and this weekend, he is the defending winner of both the weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series and the NASCAR Xfinity Series races.
