NAPLES, ME (April 12, 2007) – Over the past four years in PASS North Super Late Model racing, the championship fight has been a see-saw one.  Ben Rowe won the championship in 2002 and 2003. Johnny Clark won it in 2004.  Then Rowe came back to win another one.  Last year, Clark nabbed his second one.

Ryan Lawler Wins Easter Bunny 150 at Hickory 

Ryan Lawler won his first-ever PASS South Super Late Model race last August at Hickory Motor Speedway, thrusting his name among the elite young racers in the country.  On Saturday night, Lawler cemented his place on that list by beating one of the toughest Super Late Model fields in the country so far this year in his dominating performance in the PASS South Easter Bunny 150 at Hickory Motor Speedway (NC).  Lawler won by a comfortable margin over Ben Rowe, who had to overcome an early problem to rally back for second.  Tim Nooner got his 2007 season started off on the right foot with a strong third-place run.  For full results,

CHRIS SMITH GOES ON PASS MODS TOUR

Active ImageChris Smith has proven himself to be a pretty good wheelman at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway (ME) – winning the track’s Limited Sportsman championship in 2003 and 2004, and coming just one point shy of a third title this past season.  Now, Smith is going on tour with a new PASS Modified ride.
