PASS North title fight moves on to White Mountain Saturday

NAPLES ME (9/20) The Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North Super Late Models head to the quick quarter mile at White Mountain Motorsports Park in North Woodstock New Hampshire Saturday evening and the topsy turvy battle for the 2012 championship continues to intensify.

DJ Shaw may come to remember this past Sunday’s PASS 300 at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway as the race that took him out of the 2012 title hunt. Shaw went into the day trailing point leader Cassius Clark by nine markers and he looked like a contender Sunday until he was swept up in a mid race wreck, eventually finishing 20th. That result drop kicked Shaw from second in points to third, 45 points back. Shaw and his team never give up, but they will need a heaping helping of luck to get back in the title chase.
