Chadwick's grocery getter outruns Parlin's
old Wednesday ride in Enduro showdown
OXFORD, Maine – At first inspection, Ryan Chadwick's unpretentious, white station wagon appears more fast than functional. The only remote tip-off to its current incarnation as a race car is the red, crudely painted No. 2 on its door panels.
Well, looks are deceiving. Chadwick led all 50 laps of his full-size Enduro on Sunday afternoon, turning back two late charges by Gerald Parlin to pick up a Motor Mayhem checkered flag.

D.J. SHAW WINS COASTAL 200 AT WISCASSET RACEWAY
Youth out-dueled experience Sunday afternoon at Wiscasset Raceway as 17 year old D.J. Shaw of Center Conway, New Hampshire beat Maine racing legend Mike Rowe of Turner to win the 2007 Coastal 200 and pocket the $10,000 winner’s check. The big race capped off a busy double-header Memorial Day weekend at the track, which also featured double points racing Saturday night. With his father, former NASCAR Busch North champion Dale Shaw, on the radio guiding him around the high banks of Maine’s fastest track, the kid took everything the crafty Rowe could toss at him throughout the race.
(Hermon, Me) The PASS Outlaws, PASS Mods, and PASS Sportsman overtook the track for Memorial Day weekend at Speedway 95, with two regular track divisions taking the field, the Sport Fours, and Strictly Streets.
